41st Can-American Wushu Championships

Students from the Calgary Tai Chi & Martial Arts College have demonstrated exceptional prowess at the recently concluded 41st Can-American Championships, held amidst fierce competition from teams across British Columbia and the United States.

The dedicated team of students showcased their skills and determination, clinching an impressive total of 59 medals. Among these, they brought home an outstanding 35 gold medals, 15 silver medals, and 9 bronze medals, solidifying their place among the top performers in the tournament.

Notably, the Calgary Tai Chi & Martial Arts College students also excelled in the championship awards categories, securing 2 Grand Champion trophies and the prestigious All-Around Champion award. These accolades are reserved for those who attained the highest scores, reflecting their exceptional talent, technical prowess, and speed in executing their routines.

The success of the Calgary Tai Chi & Martial Arts College team underscores their dedication to martial arts excellence and serves as a testament to their hard work and commitment under the guidance of their instructors.
